Owner's portal
The owner’s portal is a convenient way for Landlords to access information on their property in real-time. You can find out more about the Owners’ portal features here.
If you are working with Mint Property Management, you can register for the portal in one of the following ways:
- Mint Property Management can send you an invitation email
- You will be invited to access the portal via a link on your Statement and Inspection notifications (see image below)
When you receive communication from Mint (such as Statement and inspection notifications), you will be provided with a link, as per the example below:
Once you click on the link above, if you are accessing the portal for the first time, you will be required to go through a simple registration process.
