Megan

As the Director of Mint Property Management Megan is a fully licensed real estate agent. Her passion for property management started with her experiences as a tenant and a property investor, leading to a major career shift from Corporate Marketing to property management.

From leadership roles to hands-on management of portfolios of 200+ properties, Megan offers extensive industry experience, striving to ensure every client’s experience is exceptional and enjoyable.

Her trademark is her ability to work closely with all parties to build strong relationships and yield the best results. Megan believes that while process and structure are essential to good property management, the essence of her role is communication. Technology is great and can make such a difference to choosing how and when you receive information but it will never replace real conversations. For her international clients Skype and Whats App are the best of both worlds.

Flexibility, attention to detail and thorough understanding of legislation give her a knack for delivering outstanding results to landlords and tenants alike.

All with a smile.

Fiona

For something to do in 2018, Fi began playing AFL Masters football which took over her life until Covid caused a bit of a hiatus. She’s finally able to get back into it this year but with a role that is very much off the field, supporting her team as the Sports Trainer.

Employment wise, life took a dramatic turn towards the end of 2021 when Fi was retrenched from a long-standing hospitality job (thank you again Covid).

At a crossroads, in the middle of Melbourne coming out of lockdown and a chance introduction to Mint Property Management Director, Megan, a whole new career blossomed in a very different direction. A few months in, feeling very much a part of a great team and having recently completed her Certificate IV in Property Services, Fi can’t imagine herself wanting to do anything else!

Known for her love of coffee, cats, all things footy and food, her weekends are a mix of Park-run, Sports Trainer duties and the occasional day of retail therapy with friends.

Cherelle

Cherelle comes from the Bayside area in Queensland where she was a well-known and highly regarded sales agent for many years. As a dedicated professional with a reputation for achieving premium results for her clients, Cherelle was consistently ranked high amongst the very top agents in her region.

Having conquered the world of sales, Cherelle’s Nana duties called! With the birth of her first grandchild in 2021, a move to Melbourne and retirement was in order. But she soon realised retirement wasn’t for her and couldn’t resist getting back into real estate. That’s where Mint Property Management came in. Looking for something to channel her sales expertise into, Cherelle took on a role in leasing.

If you’ve already had the pleasure of meeting Cherelle through leasing, you will most likely have also met her beloved dog and sidekick, Bentley, or “Mr B” as he is so affectionately known around the office. Mr B accompanies Cherelle throughout most of her day to day duties and loves getting treats from the postman when he visits.

Cherelle now has two grandchildren, who she absolutely spoils, and lives a wonderful work/nana life balance.

Amanda

Country born and bred in the heart of North East Victoria, Amanda has over fifteen years worth of experience in customer service roles, eight of those being related to the real estate industry.

In 2013 she decided to uproot and move to Wagga Wagga to pursue a career in anything related to history, beginning a Bachelor of Arts at Charles Sturt University. However, life and Melbourne called. After working in a hotel for the 2017 season on the picturesque snowy mountains, Amanda was on the move once more, this time to the big smoke where she returned to full time real estate. But her passion for history could not be kept at bay for very long. She has now dusted off her university cap and is studying a Bachelor of Archaeology in the hope of working with heritage restoration and preservation upon completion.

Until then, she is super excited to be working casually with Megan and Mint Property Management helping the team out wherever she can. Amanda lives with her partner Adrian and their much loved (and very spoilt) cat Eddie in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.
