Megan

As the Director of Mint Property Management Megan is a fully licensed real estate agent. Her passion for property management started with her experiences as a tenant and a property investor, leading to a major career shift from Corporate Marketing to property management.

From leadership roles to hands-on management of portfolios of 200+ properties, Megan offers extensive industry experience, striving to ensure every client’s experience is exceptional and enjoyable.

Her trademark is her ability to work closely with all parties to build strong relationships and yield the best results. Megan believes that while process and structure are essential to good property management, the essence of her role is communication. Technology is great and can make such a difference to choosing how and when you receive information but it will never replace real conversations. For her international clients Skype and Whats App are the best of both worlds.

Flexibility, attention to detail and thorough understanding of legislation give her a knack for delivering outstanding results to landlords and tenants alike.

Fiona

Fiona’s career took an exciting new direction in late 2021, when she transitioned from a long-standing role in hospitality to the dynamic world of property management. A chance introduction to Megan, the Director of Mint Property Management, sparked this change, and it wasn’t long before Fiona knew she had found her true calling.

In 2022, Fiona gained her Certificate IV in Property Services, officially qualifying her to practice property management. Since then, she has brought her customer focus, energy, and empathy into every interaction, whether she’s working with landlords, tenants, or colleagues. Fiona is passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrives on helping clients achieve their property goals.

When she’s not at work, Fiona enjoys coffee, cats, footy (even managing an AFL Masters team) and food, often balancing her weekends between Park-run, catching up with friends, and the occasional retail therapy session.

Cherelle

Originally from the beautiful Bayside area of Queensland, Cherelle made a name for herself as a top-performing sales agent, renowned for delivering premium results for her clients. With a dedication to excellence, she was consistently ranked among the very best agents in her region, earning a reputation for her professionalism and client-focused approach.

After an impressive career in sales, life took a new turn with the arrival of Cherelle’s first grandchild in 2021. Moving to Melbourne to embrace her role as a Nana, she briefly entertained the idea of retirement—but quickly realized that real estate was still her passion. That’s when she joined Mint Property Management, seamlessly transitioning into a leasing role where she could put her extensive sales experience to good use.

Now a proud grandmother of two, Cherelle enjoys balancing her career with her Nana duties, spoiling her grandkids and loving the perfect mix of family time and work life.

Kristelle

Kristelle is an integral part of the Mint Property Management team, working full-time from the Philippines to support our operations and administration. With one of her primary tasks to be coordinating Victorian safety compliance checks, she ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Before coming onboard with us, Kristelle worked with a large agency in a similar role, but the move to Mint Property Management has given her the flexibility to balance her professional responsibilities with her role as a Mum—something she greatly values. Her dedication, attention to detail, and seamless handling of tasks make her an invaluable asset to our team.

When she’s not keeping us organized, Kristelle enjoys spending quality time with her family.
